目的 :观察蝉贝咳喘平治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效 ,并探讨其机制。方法 :将 96例哮喘患者随机分为蝉贝咳喘平治疗组 (治疗组 )和桂龙咳喘宁对照组 (对照组 )。观察治疗前后哮喘症状及体征、肺功能、T淋巴细胞功能亚群、可溶性白介素 2受体 (sIL 2R)、血浆血栓素B2 (TXB2 )及 6-酮 -前列腺素F1α( 6 keto PGF1α)等的变化。实验研究观察了对豚鼠哮喘的影响。结果 :( 1)治疗组临床控显率和有效率均高于对照组 ;治疗组和对照组对肺功能 1秒钟用力呼气容积 (FEV1 0 )、最大呼气流速 (PEFR)及用力呼气肺活量 (FVC)均有改善作用 ,但治疗组作用更明显。 ( 2 )与对照组比较 ,治疗组sIL 2R、T淋巴细胞功能亚群均显著降低 ,6 keto PGF1α升高。蝉贝咳喘平对豚鼠哮喘的影响结果显示 :与模型组比较 ,治疗组能明显延长引喘潜伏期、明显降低肺泡灌洗液 (BALF)中细胞总数和肥大细胞比例、降低血液嗜酸细胞数和肥大细胞脱颗粒率、降低血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、白细胞介素 4 (IL 4 )及TXB2 ,升高 6 keto PGF1α。结论 :蝉贝咳喘平对哮喘发作的治疗有较好疗效。可能部分通过调节T淋巴细胞功能亚群、减少血清IgE、sIL 2R、IL 4及减少TXB2 、升高 6 keto PGF1α而起作用。
Objective : To observe the clinical curative effect of Qibei Kechuanping in the treatment of bronchial asthma and to explore its mechanism. Methods: Ninety-six patients with asthma were randomly divided into a treatment group (treatment group) and a Guilong Kechuanning control group (control group). Observed before and after treatment of asthma symptoms and signs, lung function, T lymphocyte function subgroup, soluble interleukin 2 receptor (sIL 2R), plasma thromboxane B2 (TXB2) and 6-keto-prostaglandin F1α (6 keto PGF1α) Variety. Experimental studies have examined the effects of asthma in guinea pigs. Results: (1) The clinical control rate and effective rate of the treatment group were higher than that of the control group; the expiratory volume of lung function (FEV10), the maximum expiratory flow rate (PEFR) and the force call for the lung function in the treatment group and the control group Both respiratory function (FVC) improved, but the effect of the treatment group was more pronounced. (2) Compared with the control group, the functional subgroups of sIL 2R and T lymphocytes in the treatment group were significantly decreased, and 6 keto PGF1α was increased. The effect of Qibei Kechuanping on asthma in guinea pigs showed that compared with the model group, the treatment group could significantly prolong the latency of asthma, significantly reduce the total cell number and mast cell ratio in BALF, and reduce the number of blood eosinophils. And mast cell degranulation rate, reduced serum immunoglobulin E (IgE), interleukin 4 (IL 4) and TXB2, increased 6 keto PGF1α. Conclusion :Qibei Kechuanping has a good effect on the treatment of asthma attack. It may play a role in part by regulating the functional subpopulations of T lymphocytes, reducing serum IgE, sIL 2R, IL 4 and reducing TXB 2 and increasing 6 keto PGF 1α.
