对低功率He微波诱导等离子体的产生及Surfatron的调节特性进行了较详细的研究,在此基础上,用超声雾化法引入样品,测定了非金属元素Cl和Br,得到了一些有意义的结果.
The generation of low-power He microwave-induced plasma and the regulation characteristics of Surfatron were studied in detail. On the basis of this, the samples were introduced by ultrasonic atomization and the non-metallic elements Cl and Br were determined. Some meaningful result.
