创新教育首先是人生教育,是人的使命教育,也是人的动力教育,是对社会最大资源的开发和利用,而且是永无穷尽的。创新的关键在于人才,人才的成长要靠教育。因此在当前积极推行的学校素质教育中,尤其要重视学生创新能力的培养。我作为一名计算机专业的教师,在教学中除了将专业知识教给学生外,还注入了对学生创新能力的培养,不仅取得了较为明显的教学效果,而且使学生学会了进行独立思考和科学的思考,为他们以后发展为创新型人才奠定了科学的思想基础。根据几年的教学实践,我认为在计算机教学中应从以下几个方面对学生进行创新能力的培养:
Innovative education, first of all, is education in human life. It is a mission education for man as well as an education for man’s motivation. It is the development and utilization of the greatest resources in society, and it is inexhaustible. The key to innovation lies in talents. The growth of talents depends on education. Therefore, in the current active implementation of quality education in schools, with particular emphasis on the cultivation of students’ innovative abilities. As a computer professional teacher, I teach students not only professional knowledge in teaching, but also the cultivation of students’ innovative ability. Not only have they made obvious teaching effects, but also have made students learn how to conduct independent thinking and science Thinking, laid the scientific ideological foundation for them to develop into innovative talents in the future. According to several years of teaching practice, I think in the computer teaching should be from the following aspects of students’ ability to innovate:
