在发展社会主义市场经济、建立现代企业制度的新形势下,企业办公室作为协助企业党政领导组织、指挥、控制、协调各项活动的综合部门,工作重点相应发生了变化,开始由事务服务型转变为政务服务与事务服务并重型,工作方式也由被动服务转变为主动服务。近年来,我们办公室坚持把参与政务,发挥参谋议政作用作为办公室工作的主题,围绕企业工作中心全方位开展调查研究,辅助党政决策做出了明显的实绩,受到了党政领导的充分肯定,办公室的地位也进一步得到了提高。我们的主要做法是:
