一、金属切削时热电磨损的产生 1.热电流的产生在由不同金属连成的封闭回路中,如果连结点的温度不同,就会在封闭回路中产生电流。这种电流称为热电流。这是热电偶测温的基本原理。产生热电流需要具备以下三个条件:(1)回路应由不同性能的材料连接而成;(2)这些材料应是导电的;(3)回路中接点的温度应是不同的。这些条件在金属切削中是完全具备
