目的:探讨心理剧方法在阅兵预备队员心理调适方面的影响。方法:采取整群抽样的方式分别抽取阅兵预备队员100名作为观察组,100名作为对照组。观察组应用心理剧方法,对照组应用常规心理治疗方法,对照实施前后阅兵预备队员心理调适情况。结果:两组在年龄、军龄、身高、体重、是否独生子女、兵源情况、症状自评量表(SCL-90)测量得分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)测量得分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)测量得分等方面均无明显的统计学差异。心理调适后观察组SAS,SDS比对照组分值均显著降低(P<0.05)。参训后与参训前官兵SCL-90分值比较,观察组抑郁、焦虑、躯体化、人际关系敏感、强迫症状、恐怖得分均比对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。敌对、偏执、精神病性得分与对照组相比差异不显著。结论:心理剧方法对阅兵预备队员的心理调适具有一定的积极影响。
Objective: To explore the impact of psychological drama method on psychological adjustment of parademen. Methods: A total of 100 parademen were selected as the observation group and 100 as the control group by cluster sampling method. The observation group applied the method of psychological drama, and the control group used the conventional psychological treatment method to compare the psychological adjustment of the parademen before and after the implementation. Results: There were significant differences between the two groups in age, military age, height, weight, whether or not only child, source of soldiers, SCL-90 score, SAS score, SDS) measurement scores and other aspects no significant statistical difference. After psychological adjustment, the scores of SAS and SDS in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.05). Compared with SCL-90 scores of officers and soldiers before the training, the scores of depression, anxiety, somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, obsessive-compulsive symptoms and terrorist scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Enemy, paranoid, psychotic scores compared with the control group, the difference was not significant. Conclusion: Psychological drama method has some positive effects on psychological adjustment of parademen.
