由中国社会科学院财政与贸易经济研究所和财政部财政科学研究所、国家税务总局税收科学研究所联合主办的“中国财税论坛2005”于11月19日在中国社会科学院社科会堂隆重召开。来自中国社会科学院、财政部、国家税务总局、国务院研究室、北京市财政局等全国各地财政税收部门的领导和政府官员,以及中国社会科学院财政与贸易经济研究所、财政部财政科学研究所、国家税务总局税收科学研究所、东北财经大学、江西财经大学、中南财经政法大学等科研院所的专家学者共500余人出席了论坛。财政部部长金人庆、国家税务总局局长谢旭人、中国社会科学院副院长陈佳贵等领导出席论坛并发表重要讲话。国务院研究室副主任江小涓、国家税务总局副局长许善达、财政部部长助理张少春、财政部财政科学研究所所长贾康、中国社科院财政与贸易经济研究所副所长高培勇、国家税务总局税收科学研究所副所长靳东升在论坛上做主题演讲。
The “China Finance and Tax Forum 2005” co-sponsored by the Institute of Finance and Trade Economics of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and the Institute of Financial Sciences of the Ministry of Finance and the Taxation Science Institute of the State Administration of Taxation was grandly convened on November 19th at the Social Science Hall of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. From the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the Ministry of Finance, the State Administration of Taxation, the State Council Research Office, the Beijing Municipal Finance Bureau and other financial and taxation departments throughout the country leaders and government officials, as well as the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Institute of Finance and Trade Economics, Ministry of Finance Institute of Finance, More than 500 experts and scholars from the Institute of Taxation, State Administration of Taxation, Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law attended the forum. Jin Renqing, minister of the Ministry of Finance, Xie Xuren, director of the State Administration of Taxation, and Chen Jigui, vice president of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences attended the forum and made important speeches. Deputy Director of the State Council, Xu Shanda, Assistant Administrator of the State Administration of Taxation Zhang Shaochun, Director of the Institute of Financial Sciences, Ministry of Finance Jia Kang, Deputy Director, Institute of Finance and Trade Economics, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Gao Peiyong, Taxation Science, State Administration of Taxation Jin Dong, deputy director of the Institute made a keynote speech at the forum.
