目的通过对泸州市建城区范围内蚊虫进行监测,掌握泸州市蚊虫的密度、种群构成、生境构成情况及季节消长规律,为传染病的科学防治及虫媒相关治理提供科学依据。方法按照《全国病媒生物监测方案(试行)》执行,捕蚊采用诱蚊灯法。结果蚊密度年平均为6.87只/(灯·h),7~9月出现高峰,各月密度分别为11.9、17.2和11.6只/(灯·h)。致卷库蚊为优势种(39.5%),其次为骚扰阿蚊(32.9%)。牲畜棚的蚊密度最高,医院最低。结论初步掌握了泸州市蚊虫种群分布及季节消长情况,为进一步开展系统监测、虫媒防制和虫媒疾病预防提供了科学参考。
Objective To monitor the mosquitoes in Jiancheng District of Luzhou City and master the density, population composition, habitat composition and seasonal fluctuation of mosquitoes in Luzhou, and provide a scientific basis for the scientific prevention and control of infectious diseases. Methods According to the “National vector bio-monitoring program (Trial)” implementation, mosquito using mosquito lamp method. Results The average annual mosquito density was 6.87 / (lamp · h), and the peak appeared from July to September. The monthly density of mosquito was 11.9, 17.2 and 11.6 / lamp / h respectively. Culex pipiens pallens dominant species (39.5%), followed by Harassment mosquito (32.9%). The shed has the highest mosquito density and the lowest hospital. Conclusion The population distribution and seasonal fluctuation of mosquitoes in Luzhou City were initially mastered, which provided a scientific reference for further system monitoring, insect vector control and prevention of insect-borne diseases.
