在镍基合金K403合金表面制备了添加2%CeO_2的W-2高温搪瓷涂层,采用原子力显微镜、扫描电镜和DIL402PC型热膨胀系数仪对涂层的微观组织形貌、热膨胀系数和热震稳定性进行分析。结果表明,相较于原始涂层,添加了CeO_2涂层的微观组织更加均匀致密,同时涂层与基体热膨胀系数差异减小,释放残余应力,显著提高了该搪瓷涂层的热震稳定性。
W-2 high temperature enamel coating with 2% CeO 2 was prepared on the surface of nickel-base alloy K403 alloy. The microstructure, thermal expansion coefficient and thermal shock resistance of the coating were characterized by atomic force microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and DIL402PC thermal expansion coefficient meter Analyze. The results show that compared with the original coating, the microstructure of the CeO_2 coating is more uniform and compact. At the same time, the difference between the thermal expansion coefficient of the coating and the matrix is decreased and the residual stress is released. The thermal shock resistance of the ceramic coating is obviously improved.
