以广东某制药厂的药渣和浙江某制药公司的废水为原料,研究制药废渣废水的厌氧产气能力。结果表明:药渣TS产气率为211.42mL/g,VS产气率为237.84mL/g,有机物降解率为40%左右,系统中不存在产气抑制物;制药废水的TS产气率为400.94mL/g,VS产气率为580.23mL/g,COD降解率85%以上,系统中亦不存在厌氧抑制物。药渣沼气和废水沼气的CH4浓度分别为57.65%和55.05%,H2S含量分别为875ppm和440ppm。
Taking the dregs of a pharmaceutical factory in Guangdong and the wastewater of a pharmaceutical company in Zhejiang as raw materials, the anaerobic gas production capacity of pharmaceutical wastewaters was studied. The results showed that the gas production rate of TS was 211.42mL / g, VS gas production rate was 237.84mL / g and the degradation rate of organic matter was about 40% 400.94mL / g, VS gas production rate of 580.23mL / g, COD degradation rate of more than 85%, the system does not exist anaerobic inhibitors. The CH4 concentrations of biogas in waste dregs and wastewaters were 57.65% and 55.05% respectively, and the H2S contents were 875ppm and 440ppm, respectively.
