控制电子束偏转的偏转放大器是电子束机中重要的电子系统之一。它为偏转线圈提供一个正比于输入电压的电流。放大器由一个主放大器和一个辅助放大器组成,主放大器是一个高速运算跨导放大器(OTA),辅助放大器是一个动态校零放大器,它消除了OTA的失调漂移。文章给出了偏转放大器的框图和转入输出关系。该放大器开环增益优于130db,单位增益带宽5M~10M,输出电流±0.5A~±5A,该放大器已成功地工作于作者所在实验室的电子束系统中。
The deflection amplifier that controls the electron beam deflection is one of the important electronic systems in the electron beam machine. It provides a deflection current proportional to the input voltage of the coil. The amplifier consists of a main amplifier and an auxiliary amplifier. The main amplifier is a high-speed transconductance amplifier (OTA). The auxiliary amplifier is a dynamic zero-correction amplifier that eliminates the offset drift of the OTA. The article gives the deflection amplifier block diagram and the relationship between the input and output. The amplifier open-loop gain better than 130db, unity gain bandwidth of 5M ~ 10M, the output current ± 0.5A ~ ± 5A, the amplifier has been successfully working in the author's laboratory electron beam system.
