精益管理简单地说就是如何以最低的成本创造最大的价值,而今精益管理在中国烟草行业正如火如荼地推进,各省市都在寻求新的突破点。然而,我们也看到不少地区在精益推行的过程中存在不少问题。因此,我们提出了精益文化建设的重要课题,通过分析精益文化建设的内涵、重要性以及途径来加深生产过程中对于精益文化的培养,以便更好实现精益管理,全面提高工作效率,增强企业效益。
Lean management simply means how to create the greatest value at the lowest cost. Now that lean management is pushing the tobacco industry in China in full swing, all provinces and cities are seeking new breakthrough points. However, we also see that there are many problems in implementing lean practices in many areas. Therefore, we put forward an important issue of lean culture construction, deepen the cultivation of lean culture in the production process by analyzing the connotation, importance and ways of lean culture construction, in order to achieve better lean management, improve work efficiency and enhance enterprise benefits .
