阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSA)伴有血压的明显波动有时超过6.665kPa,曾认为此时的血压升高主要与OSA期间的低氧血症有关。利用数字式血压监测仪研究了给氧及连续气道正压通气(CPAP)对OSA血压的影响。受试者为8例中、重度OSA患者,每例均按四期进行检测:①清醒期;②OSA期;③OSA给氧治疗期(OSA+O_2),使血氧饱和度保持在96%以上;④CPAP治疗期。均监测脑电图、眼电图、颏下肌电图、血压、脉率、血氧饱和度。每次检查30min,每例检查20次,8例共检查160次。
Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) associated with significant fluctuations in blood pressure sometimes more than 6.665kPa, once thought that the blood pressure at this time mainly associated with hypoxemia during OSA. The effects of oxygenation and continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) on OSA blood pressure were studied using a digital blood pressure monitor. Subjects were 8 cases of moderate and severe OSA patients, each case were detected in four phases: ① awake; ② OSA; ③ OSA oxygen therapy (OSA + O_2), so that oxygen saturation maintained at 96% or more; ④ CPAP treatment period. EEG, EOG, submental EMG, blood pressure, pulse rate and oxygen saturation were monitored. Each check 30min, each case check 20 times, 8 cases were checked 160 times.
