用扫描电镜观察了用不同种类碳纤维增强的酚醛树脂复合材料的烧蚀样品,并对其微观结构进行了比较。结果表明:高模量、高强度、中强度碳纤维的结构不同,纤维的烧蚀表面的特征也相应不同。纤维表面及内部杂质对烧蚀性能有不利影响。
The ablation samples of phenolic resin composites reinforced with different kinds of carbon fibers were observed by scanning electron microscopy and their microstructures were compared. The results show that the structures of high modulus, high strength and medium strength carbon fibers are different, and the characteristics of the ablated surface of the fibers are correspondingly different. Fiber surface and internal impurities have an adverse effect on ablation properties.
