所谓高效课堂，就是教师用尽可能少的时间、精力、物力，取得尽可能多且好的教学效果来满足社会、家庭、学校以及个人的教育价值需求而组织实施的教学活动。素质教育的实施和新课改推进，无论是“促进每一个学生的全面且个性的发展”理念“、课程整合”理念还是“教学民主”理念，对高中化学教学来说，既是新要求、新挑战，又是新方向，新期待。要求教师转变观念，扩展思路，创新教法，以全新的面貌回应教育的变革。
