项目简介:世博村规划用地位于浦明路以南、白莲泾以东、浦东南路以西地段,总用地面积约37.3hm2。项目由10个部分组成,功能为五星级酒店,公寓式酒店、物流仓库、商业和办公等,将在世博会筹备及举办期间为各参展国家和国际组织人员提供住宿、办公、餐饮、购物、娱乐、物流、后勤等服务。世博会后,这里将转变为领馆区或涉外区,为区内及周边居民提供良好的居住、商务、办公、接待、购物、休闲等服务,成为上海又一个特色鲜明的国际化街区。
