目的:建立青蒿挥发油HPLC特征图谱。方法:以蒿酮为参照物,色谱柱:Dikma Kromasil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水,梯度洗脱;流速:1.0mL·min-1;测定波长:203nm;柱温:30℃。结果:建立了青蒿油的HPLC特征图谱,并确定了34个共有峰,共有峰的参数符合“中药注射剂指纹图谱技术要求”的有关规定。结论:方法简便,可靠,建立的特征图谱检测标准,可作为青蒿油质量评价的重要依据之一。
Objective: To establish a HPLC chromatogram of volatile oil from Artemisia annua. METHODS: The title compound was as a reference substance. The chromatographic column was Dikma Kromasil C18 column (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1. The measurement wavelength was 203nm. Column temperature: 30°C. RESULTS: HPLC profiles of Artemisia annua L. oil were established and 34 common peaks were identified. The parameters of the common peaks were in accordance with the relevant requirements of the “Technical Requirements for Traditional Chinese Medicine Injectable Fingerprints.” Conclusion: The method is simple and reliable, and the established characteristic map detection standard can be used as one of the important basis for evaluating the quality of artemisinin oil.
