减少CO2排放是全球钢铁工业的首要目标。高炉与FINEX工艺集成既可降低燃料消耗又可减少CO2排放。两工艺集成设计已经完成。首先是利用FINEX工艺生成大量的热压铁(HCI),骤冷后作为低还原铁(LRI)代替烧结矿、球团矿或块矿用于高炉炼铁。其次是生产过量的还原气(PSA产品煤气)喷进高炉风口作为还原剂。
Reducing CO2 emissions is the primary goal of the global steel industry. Blast furnace and FINEX process integration can reduce fuel consumption and reduce CO2 emissions. Two process integrated design has been completed. The first is the use of FINEX process to generate a large number of hot pressed iron (HCI), after quenching as low-iron (LRI) instead of sinter, pellets or lump ore for blast furnace ironmaking. Followed by the production of excess reducing gas (PSA product gas) blast furnace tuyere as a reducing agent.
