1993年4月17～25日,水利部专家验收小组对三川河流域重点治理第一期工程71条重点小流域进行了实地验收。验收组一致认为,治理工程全部按规划完成,达到《全国八片水土保持重点治理区小流域竣工验收办法》中小流域治理竣工验收的基本要求,予以验收。 验收组认为,三川河流域水土保持重点治理工程成绩显著,十年全流域治理保存面积11.3万公顷,土地利用结构得到了调整,农业生产基本条件有了明显改善,入黄泥沙减少52.2％,人均收入大幅度提高,71
