研究了冷沉积制备条件下获得的AgBaO薄膜在超短激光脉冲串作用下的光电发射.得到AgBaO薄膜的阈值光强为10W/cm2,光量子效率达10-4数量级.光电流密度与入射光强的关系主要表现为一段曲率随光强增大而逐步减小的曲线.其光量子效率是一个可变值,它的变化规律同入射光强及薄膜本身的性能有关
The photoelectron emission of AgBaO thin films obtained under the condition of ultrashort laser pulses was studied. Ag-BaO film obtained by the threshold light intensity of 10W / cm2, light quantum efficiency of 10-4 orders of magnitude. The relationship between the photocurrent density and the incident light intensity is mainly shown as a curve whose curvature gradually decreases with the increase of light intensity. The quantum efficiency of light is a variable value, its variation with the incident light intensity and the performance of the film itself
