随着我国改革开放的不断深化,高速公路建设行业职工思想观念呈现出多元化的发展趋势,因而加强高速公路企业思路政治工作越来越重要,尽管目前高速公路企业从表面看都十分重视思想政治工作,但仍然有很多工作需要进一步完善。本文首先梳理了当前高速公路企业思想政治工作存的现状,然后对存在的突出问题进行了分析,最后就如何加强高速公路企业思想政治工作提出对策,以期对加强高速公路企业思想政治工作提供参考。
With the continuous deepening of China’s reform and opening up, the concept of workers in the highway construction industry presents a diversified development trend. Therefore, it is more and more important to strengthen the ideological and political work of the expressway enterprises. Although the expressway enterprises nowadays attach great importance to ideological and political Work, but still a lot of work needs to be further improved. This paper first sorts out the current status quo of ideological and political work of expressway enterprises, and then analyzes the outstanding problems. Finally, it puts forward some countermeasures on how to strengthen ideological and political work of expressway enterprises in order to provide reference for strengthening the ideological and political work of expressway enterprises.
