北京建筑大学在“两学一做”学习教育活动中,坚持“点线面”结合、问题导向,积极构建“学做结合、上下联动”的工作机制:开展基层组织全覆盖、深度调研查找问题,对症下药;注重分类指导,在“学”上,采取“书记领学、导师助学、专家促学、个人自学”四位一体的学习模式;在“做”上,结合党员特点,融入学科专业特色,探索长效机制建设,实现学习教育活动与教学科研工作的深度融入,扎实推进“两学一做”学习教育取得实效。
