本文对不同时期母乳及与母初乳相配对的母血中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNFα)的测定,发现母血中TNFα与母初乳中TNFα无相关关系,揭示了母乳中TNFα不是从母血中TNFα简单扩散而来。而对不同时期母乳中TNFα测定,显示都有一定量的TNFα存在,同时也具有生物活性。若及早通过母乳喂养,受体婴儿可获得一定量的TNFα,起到抗感染及免疫调节的作用。
