Ⅰ.回盲部肿瘤发病率:回盲部肿瘤最常见为盲肠癌,国内统计占全部结肠癌5—15％,国外统计结肠癌1/3在右半、2/3在左半结肠。而右半结肠绝大部分来自于盲肠,而左半结肠绝大部分在直肠及乙状结肠。(Cooley氏228例结肠癌)盲肠12％、升结肠8％、横结肠2％、脾曲2％、降结肠4％、乙状结肠20％、直肠43％。我院由1972年元月至1974年5月共收治结肠癌136例,其中盲肠癌21例,占15.5％。非肿瘤性肿块,以增殖结核为例,Kolawole氏于
