目的探讨老年大肠癌并肠梗阻围手术期处理和治疗方法。方法回顾分析本院94例老年大肠癌并肠梗阻的围手术期处理和治疗的方法。结果94例中痊愈85例(90·4%),死亡9例(9·4%)。结论重视老年大肠癌并肠梗阻的围手术期处理,积极有效处理术后并发症是提高成功率,降低病死率的关键。
Objective To investigate the perioperative management and treatment of senile colorectal cancer with intestinal obstruction. Methods A retrospective analysis of 94 cases of elderly patients with colorectal cancer and intestinal obstruction perioperative management and treatment methods. Results In 94 cases, 85 cases were cured (90.4%) and 9 cases died (9.4%). Conclusion Paying attention to perioperative management of elderly patients with colorectal cancer and intestinal obstruction, and actively and effectively treating postoperative complications are the key to improve the success rate and reduce the mortality.
