目的探讨吉西他滨联合放疗治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床效果。方法 50例老年晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,随机分为对照组及观察组,各25例。对照组给予单独吉西他滨化疗治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予联合放疗治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗过程中完全缓解(CR)5例、部分缓解(PR)11例、稳定(SD)3例、进展(PD)6例,治疗有效率为64.0%;对照组中CR 2例、PR 8例、SD 9例、PD 6例,治疗有效率为40.0%,观察组治疗有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论吉西他滨联合放疗治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌具有良好的临床效果,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of gemcitabine combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of senile advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods Fifty elderly patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received gemcitabine chemotherapy alone. The observation group received combined radiotherapy on the basis of the control group, and the therapeutic effects were observed. Results In the observation group, there were 5 cases of complete remission (CR), 11 cases of partial remission (PR), 3 cases of stable (SD) and 6 cases of progression (PD). The effective rate was 64.0% PR 8 cases, SD 9 cases, PD 6 cases, the treatment efficiency was 40.0%, the treatment group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Gemcitabine combined with radiotherapy for elderly patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer has good clinical results, it is worthy of clinical application.
