对黑龙江省六个地区,60个县市1988~1994年间栽培的92个大豆品种蛋白质和球蛋白含量进行了分析,结果表明:黑龙江省栽培大豆品种蛋白质含量在36.25%~46.07%之间,平均含量为40.52%,六个不同地区栽培的大豆品种蛋白质含量有差异,初步明确大豆高蛋白质生态区为绥化地区。不同年代栽培的大豆品种比较蛋白质含量从八十年代起呈上升趋势。
The protein and globulin contents of 92 soybean cultivars cultivated in 60 counties and cities in Heilongjiang Province from 1988 to 1994 were analyzed. The results showed that the protein content of cultivated soybean varieties in Heilongjiang Province ranged from 36.25% to 46.07% , With an average content of 40.52%. There are differences in the protein content of cultivated soybean varieties in six different regions. It is initially clear that the high-protein soybean ecological zone is in Suihua area. Compared with the cultivated soybean varieties in different years, the protein content has been on the rise since the 1980s.
