为优化建筑垃圾膏体充填材料技术参数,以建筑垃圾为骨料,粗粉煤灰基为胶结材料,采用正交试验方法分析料浆质量浓度、灰料比及细骨料所占比例对充填体的塌落度、分层度、泌水率及单轴抗压强度的影响。结果表明:灰料比对膏体塌落度和泌水率有重要影响,膏体质量浓度和灰料比是分层度、充填体抗压强度的主要影响因素;灰料比越大,膏体塌落度越大,泌水率越大;膏体质量浓度越大,分层度越小;细骨料所占比例对膏体塌落度、分层度和泌水率的影响不明显。综合考虑多种因素,最终选择灰料比为1∶2、质量浓度为76%、细骨料所占比例为45%为最佳配比方式。
In order to optimize the technical parameters of construction waste paste filling material, the construction waste as the aggregate and the coarse fly ash as the cementing material, the orthogonal test method was used to analyze the slurry concentration, the proportion of the ash material and the proportion of the fine aggregate to the filling Body slump, stratification, bleeding rate and uniaxial compressive strength. The results showed that the ratio of ash to binder had an important influence on the slump and bleeding rate. The concentration of paste and the ratio of ash to binder were the main factors affecting the compressive strength of the filler. The greater the body slump, the greater the bleeding rate; the greater the mass concentration of paste, the smaller the degree of stratification; the proportion of fine aggregate on the slump, stratification and bleeding rate was not obvious . Considering a variety of factors, the final choice of the ratio of 1: 2 for the gray material, the mass concentration of 76%, the proportion of fine aggregate 45% is the best ratio.
