目的:调查西南地区野生黄花蒿群落主要物种种间联结性,为黄花蒿种质资源保护和野生抚育等提供参考。方法:运用方差分析、种间联结显著性检验等指标,对西南地区9省、市48个地区黄花蒿群落主要物种种间关系进行分析。结果:黄花蒿群落主要植物的总体关联性的方差比率为2.05,大于l,表现为显著正关联性。在10个主要物种的45个种对中,仅有4个显著负相关。χ2检验和PC,OI,DI,AC值等表明种对1-8(黄花蒿-白苞蒿)、1-9(黄花蒿-狗尾草)、1-10(黄花蒿-三叶鬼针草)有较高关联性,对非限制性资源的利用有共同的反应或偏向。结论:西南地区野生黄花蒿群落处于相对稳定状态,抗干扰能力较强,群落结构发育基本完全,种间关系稳定。
Objective: To investigate the interspecific association of the main species of Artemisia annua in the southwest of China, and to provide references for the protection of germplasm resources and wild tending of Artemisia annua. Methods: The relationships among the main species in Artemisia annua communities in 9 provinces and cities in Southwest China were analyzed by analysis of variance analysis and significance test of interspecific association. Results: The variance ratio of the overall association of major plants in Artemisia annua was 2.05, which was greater than 1, showing a significant positive correlation. Of the 45 species of 10 major species, only 4 were significantly negatively correlated. Chi-square test and PC, OI, DI and AC values indicated that the relative abundance of seedlings was higher than that of 1-8 (Artemisia annua L. - Artemisia annua L.), 1-9 (Artemisia annua - Setaria viridis), 1-10 (Artemisia annua - High relevance, the use of unrestricted resources have a common reaction or bias. Conclusion: The Artemisia annua community in Southwest China is relatively stable, with strong anti-interference ability, basically complete community structure development and stable interspecific relationships.
