鼻通油膏的有效成分是盐酸麻黄碱(Ephedrine Hydrochloride,简称EP—HCl)和磺胺嘧啶(Sulfadiazlne,简称SD)。EP—HCl的定量测定方法有四苯硼盐重量法,非水滴定法,紫外分光光度法和薄层层析法等。这些方法或者不适用于分析油膏,或者操作较麻烦。根据药品标准规定,EP—HCl的含量用硝酸银—硫氰酸铵滴定法测定。此法的问题是油膏基质(占94%)的干扰使终点不易观察造成误差。生产厂家要求建立一种简便快速的方法测定鼻通油膏中的EP—HCl含量,以便及时控制产品质量。
The active ingredient of nasal salve is Ephedrine Hydrochloride (EP-HCl) and Sulfadiazine (SD). Quantitative determination of EP-HCl tetraphenylboron gravimetric method, non-aqueous titration, UV spectrophotometry and thin-layer chromatography and so on. These methods are either not suitable for analyzing ointments or are cumbersome to handle. According to the drug standards, the content of EP-HCl is determined by silver nitrate-ammonium thiocyanate titration. The problem with this method is that the interference of the ointment base (94%) makes the end point difficult to observe causing errors. Manufacturers require the establishment of a simple and rapid method for determination of nasal ointment EP-HCl content in order to control product quality.
