口腔颌面部疾病,检查血液免疫细胞的数量和质量指标,不是无论何时都能查明非特异性免疫障碍;只是病变严重的病例,查出末梢血液T-淋巴细胞活动性有重大抑制。已有资料指出,口腔颌面部疾病患者,口腔内中性白细胞吞噬活动障碍,局部合成分泌型免疫球蛋白A受抑制。因此,口腔患病时,拟定检查局部免疫的新方法,有很大意义。众所周知,经过口腔粘膜表面的上皮层,经常从血液中游走出大量中性白细胞,积极地参加抗微生物的防御。在临床免疫学中,为评定机体的抗感染性防御,用玫瑰花结形成试验检查血液中性白细胞的表面感受活性。口腔具有局部免疫性,口腔是全身的一部分,其免疫性取决于全身和局部对口腔情况的影响。作者拟定检查口腔局部免疫的方法是根据血液中性白细胞能够同绵羊红细胞
Oral and maxillofacial diseases, examining the number and quality of blood-derived immune cells do not identify nonspecific immune disorders at any time; only cases of severe disease are found to have significant inhibition of peripheral blood T-lymphocyte activity. It has been reported that patients with oral and maxillofacial disease, oral neutrophil phagocytosis, local synthesis of secreted immunoglobulin A is inhibited. Therefore, it is of great significance to formulate a new method of examining local immunity when the oral cavity is diseased. As we all know, through the oral mucosa surface epithelial layer, often from the bloodstream out of a large number of neutrophils, and actively participate in the anti-microbial defense. In clinical immunology, to assess the body's anti-infective defenses, the rosette formation assay is used to examine the surface-sensory activity of blood neutrophils. Oral cavity is local immunity, the oral cavity is a part of the body, its immunity depends on the systemic and local effects on the oral cavity.
