随着市场经济的不断完善和发展,施工企业迎来了新的发展机遇。与此同时,施工企业面临的风险也不断增加,必须加强对企业财务风险的控制,建立财务风险预警机制,及时发现和预测财务风险,降低施工企业财务风险系数。本文针对施工企业面临的各种风险因素,提出如何建立和应用财务风险预警机制,达到有效规避和降低财务风险,提出具体方法和对策。
With the constant improvement and development of market economy, construction enterprises have ushered in new opportunities for development. At the same time, the risks faced by construction enterprises are also increasing. It is necessary to strengthen the control over the financial risks of enterprises, establish early warning mechanism of financial risks, find and predict financial risks in time, and reduce the financial risk factor of construction enterprises. In this paper, according to various risk factors faced by construction enterprises, this paper proposes how to set up and apply early warning mechanism of financial risks so as to effectively avoid and reduce financial risks and put forward specific methods and countermeasures.
