以24只感染S—180实体瘤之小白鼠进行实验,用33％宁夏枸杞果水浸物冻干粉水溶液0.165克/只/日连续灌胃给药23天,结果:实验小鼠平均瘤重1.5±0.10克(X±SEM)。另用18只感染本实体瘤小鼠做对照,以生理盐水灌胃每日一次,结果:小鼠平均瘤重达2.67±0.29克(X±SEM)。两者差异P<0.01;枸杞果瘤重抑制率43.8％,表明该品对小鼠S—180实体瘤型有一定抑制作用。
Twenty-four mice infected with S-180 solid tumors were subjected to experiments with 33% Ningxia mango fruit lyophilizate lyophilized powder solution in 0.165 g/cap/day for 23 consecutive days. Results: Mean tumor weight in experimental mice 1.5 ± 0.10 g (X ± SEM). In addition, 18 mice infected with the solid tumor were used as controls and intragastrically administered saline once a day. The results showed that the average tumor weight of the mice was 2.67±0.29 g (X±SEM). The difference between the two was P<0.01, and the inhibition rate of the tumor was 43.8%, indicating that the product had a certain inhibitory effect on the solid tumor type of mouse S-180.
