目的筛选枇杷叶紫珠苯乙醇苷类成分的最佳提取工艺条件。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法测定枇杷叶紫珠提取液中毛蕊花糖苷及连翘酯苷的含量,以浸膏得率和毛蕊花糖苷及连翘酯苷得率为评价指标,通过正交设计法优选最佳提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为70%乙醇,料液比为1∶15,回流提取3次,每次1.5 h。结论优选出的提取工艺简单可行,结果稳定可靠,可用于提取枇杷叶紫珠苯乙醇苷类成分。
Objective To screen the optimal extraction conditions of phenethyl alcohol glycosides from the loquat leaf. Methods The contents of verbascoside and forsythiaside in the extract of purple pear of loquat leaf were determined by RP-HPLC. The extraction rate, the yield of verbascoside and forsythiaside were evaluated by orthogonal design method The best extraction process. Results The optimum extraction process was 70% ethanol, the ratio of solid to liquid was 1:15, and the extraction was carried out three times for 1.5 h each. Conclusion The optimized extraction process is simple and feasible, the results are stable and reliable, and can be used for extraction of phenethyl alcohol glycosides of loquat leaf.
