目的:分析盐酸氨溴索对小儿肺炎支原体肺炎治疗有效性.方法:选择我院2018年1月-2019年1月小儿肺炎支原体肺炎患者共20例,数字表随机分2组每组10例,对照组的患者给予常规抗感染、退热等治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予盐酸氨溴索治疗.比较两组发热、咳嗽和肺部啰音等情况消失时间、治疗前后患者肺功能指标、总有效率.结果:观察组发热、咳嗽和肺部啰音等情况消失时间短于对照组,治疗后患者肺功能指标高于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05.结论:常规治疗联合盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床效果确切,可改善病情和肺功能.
