为了贯彻党的十二届三中全会的《决定》精神,我认为有必要进一步用现代管理学原理,探讨如何完善商业企业经营责任制的一些问题。世界上的发达国家,随着科学技术的进步,生产社会化的程度日益提高,管理现代化的要求更为迫切。从事管理科学研究的专家、学者,不单提出各种的经营管理方法和理论,还从中创造出一些现代管理的基本原理。它摆脱了在管理上的民族性、区域性、阶级性的局限,成为指导现代化管理的基本准则任何管理者运用它,在客观环境不断变化的情况下,始终保持低耗,高效地发挥其最佳功能。现在我试用现代化管理学原理,探索一下我国完善商业企业经营责任制的途径。

Now I try modern management principles and explore ways to improve the operational responsibility system of commercial enterprises in China.
