生产高硅耐热铸铁RTsi—5.5铸件时,脆裂问题很难解决。我厂曾生产过一批耐热铸铁铸件,由于生产前认真地进行了研究并制定了详细的生产工艺,因而减少了脆裂废品。一、为了控制含碳量,在配料中多加回炉铁,少加废钢,这样便于熔化,还能提高铁水温度和改善铸造性能。铸件的化学成份;C2.4~2.7%、Si5.5~6%、Mn0.3~0.5%、P<0.1%、S<0.05%。炉料配比:新生铁10%、回炉铁65%、废钢25%,硅铁3%。
When producing high-Si heat-resistant cast iron RTsi-5.5 castings, the problem of embrittlement is hard to solve. Our factory has produced a number of heat-resistant cast iron castings, due to careful study before the production and develop a detailed production process, thus reducing the brittle crack waste. First, in order to control the carbon content, add more to the iron in the ingredients, add less scrap, so easy to melt, but also improve the hot metal temperature and improve casting performance.
