本文对某高层住宅建筑底部进行检查,发现其底部二层出现混凝土质量问题,为了不影响使用采用混凝土置换的方式对其进行处理,并采用合理的力学假定来分析墙体分段置换过程的受力及变形情况。方案设计上利用设置的转换柱将需置换混凝土墙体的相邻上下墙体进行连接,对需置换混凝土的墙体进行架空并卸载从而达到混凝土置换的目的。该方案分析简便、施工工期较短、过程可靠、经济合理,可作为处理该类问题的参考。
