近期,人力资源和社会保障部(简称人社部)的有关负责人表示,《事业单位人事管理条例》(简称《条例》)对事业单位工资制度和社会保险制度作出原则规定,有关部门正在统筹研究机关事业单位工资制度和养老保险制度的改革问题,《条例》实施不意味着事业单位工资制度改革和养老保险制度改革开始实施。最近,社会上出现对《条例》相关内容的误读,应当予以澄清。
