现阶段小学数学作业的批改方式以等级评定为主,但在实际操作中,由于同一等级跨度大,很难精准地描述学生之间知识掌握的真实情况。为了弥补这一弱点,完善这一评价方式,笔者在小学数学作业批改时尝试采用鼓励性的、描述性的符号、图案和评语,使学生在愉悦的氛围里清楚地了解自己作业中的优缺点,这对沟通师生之间的情感、调动学生学习数学的积极性以及促进学生养成良好的学习习惯都会起到很好的促进作用。一、善用符号,培养作业习惯
