目的探讨生理、病理状态下大鼠上肢手掌不同区域血含量和上肢手掌皮肤黑色素变化,为气色形态手诊乃至中医学的“司外揣内”提供合理的研究方法和实验依据。方法随机将SD雄性大鼠20只分为正常组和模型组,每组各10只。利用无水乙醇灌胃复制急性胃损伤模型后,两组分别从大鼠尾静脉中给予一定浓度的伊文斯兰(EB)生理盐溶液。通过测量手掌不同部位组织内EB的吸光度(A)值大小,间接反映手掌各区域血含量的变化情况。利用多巴氧化酶检测两组大鼠前爪皮肤黑色素变化。结果 1模型组大鼠前爪5区的A值(0.96±0.46)显著高于正常组(0.35±0.17),差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。2模型组大鼠5区的黑色素细胞增多。结论应激性胃溃疡的大鼠的病理变化可以在手掌特定区域反映出,初步推断这种变化是通过血流量的变化和手掌皮肤的黑色素变化实现的。
Objective To investigate the changes of blood content in the palms of the upper limbs and the changes of melanin in the upper limbs of the rats under physiologic and pathological conditions and to provide reasonable research methods and experimental evidences for the appearance and color of the upper limbs. Methods Twenty male SD rats were randomly divided into normal group and model group, with 10 rats in each group. After the model of acute gastric injury was intragastrically administered by ethanol, both groups were given a certain concentration of Evans blue (EB) physiological saline solution from the tail vein of rats. By measuring the different parts of the palm of the body tissue EB absorbance (A) size, indirectly reflect the blood content of the palm of each region changes. Changes of melanin in forepaws of two groups were detected by using dopa oxidase. Results The A value (0.96 ± 0.46) in model group was significantly higher than that in normal group (0.35 ± 0.17), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). 2 model rats increased melanocytes in the 5th district. Conclusion The pathological changes of rats with stress ulcer may be reflected in the specific area of the palm of the hand. It is preliminarily concluded that this change is due to changes in blood flow and melanin changes in the palm of the hand.
