价值观是个人或群体对人生、社会及世界的认知与情感的一部分,在社会文化上有着鲜明的体现。以Hofstede文化五维度理论对内蒙古青年价值观的解析发现:当代内蒙古青年价值取向由重视集体性价值转向追求个体性价值,缩小权力差距的意愿增长,追求事业成功与物质成就的刚性特征明显,不确定性规避的取向较高,传统社会显著的长期取向逐渐向短期取向转变。
Values are part of the individual’s or group’s perceptions and emotions of life, society and the world. They have a distinct social and cultural impact. Based on Hofstede’s five-dimensional theory of culture, the analysis of Inner Mongolia’s youth values reveals that: Contemporary Inner Mongolia’s youth value orientation shifts from focusing on collective values to pursuing individual values, narrowing the power gap, and pursuing the success and material achievements of the industry. The direction of sexual evasion is higher, and the significant long-term orientation of traditional society gradually changes to short-term orientation.
