为了研究小麦幼苗离乳期,胚乳氮素养分的吸吸、利用以及对减少分蘖缺位、培育壮苗的作用,我们用(~(15)NH_4)_2SO_4作营养液,测定了大、小粒种子在不同氮素浓度的营养液中,不同叶龄对种子氮素的吸收和利用情况。看出小麦幼苗虽然多在二叶一心时达到氮素离乳期,但小粒种子偏早、大粒种子偏晚;有外源氮时对种子氮的利用快而充分。种子氮最高利用率,二叶期大粒种子处理为66.6%,小粒种子处理为81.3%;三叶期大粒种子处理为92.3%,小粒种子处理为99.3%。在离乳期前,幼苗已开始吸收外源氮。吸收外源氮占植株总氮的最高比例,二叶期大粒种子处理为7.0%,小粒种子处理为9.7%,三叶期大粒种子处理为21.0%,小粒种子处理为30.3%.
In order to study the effect of (~ (15) NH_4) _2SO_4 as nutrition solution on the off-season of wheat seedlings, the absorption and utilization of nitrogen nutrients in endosperm and the effect of reducing the absence of tillers and cultivating strong seedling, In different nitrogen concentration of nutrient solution, different leaf ages of nitrogen absorption and utilization of seeds. Seedlings have begun to absorb exogenous nitrogen prior to lactation. Absorption of exogenous nitrogen accounted for the highest proportion of total nitrogen in the plant, two-leaf stage large seed treatment was 7.0%, small seed treatment was 9.7%, three-leaf stage large seed treatment was 21.0%, small seed treatment was 30.3%.
