我园在总结10年办园经验的同时,展望第二轮健康发展的机遇期。我们把核心工作定位在打造一支理念新、师德好、业务强、善育人、勇创新的优秀教师团队,为此,全园上下齐心协力,分别从优化教育理念、完善制度及优化工作流程,以人为本营造和谐教师生态文化,务实的园本培训及“一课多研”成为教师成长的助推器,并将有效反思成为一种习惯等一系列的得力措施在我园教师队伍中经历着、锻炼着,不断感悟幼儿教师的使命。教师体验到自我成长开心,同时感受到幼儿茁壮成长的快乐,并陶醉于一个个友爱的家长给予的肯定与鼓励。
