文章从就业年限、就业状况、职业中断和长寿风险四个方面分析了名义账户养老金制度对女性养老金权益的影响,并根据相关的参数设定,模拟了名义账户制下退休年龄、收入水平、职业中断三个因素对女性养老金权益的不同影响。在理论分析和模拟结果的基础上,提出通过逐步提高退休年龄、设立父亲育儿假、设立儿童看护积分和建立最低保障养老金的方式来缓解名义账户制对女性养老金权益的不利影响,以此来增加女性养老金权益,促进性别平等。
This paper analyzes the impact of the pension system of nominal account on the rights and interests of women in pension from four aspects of employment duration, employment status, occupational disruption and longevity risk. According to the related parameters setting, the paper simulates the retirement age, income level under the nominal account system , Occupational disruption of the three factors on the different effects of pension rights of women. Based on the theoretical analysis and simulation results, it is proposed to mitigate the negative impact of nominal account system on women’s pension rights by gradually raising the retirement age, setting up parental leave, setting up childcare points and establishing the minimum guaranteed pensions To increase women’s pension rights and promote gender equality.
