(Diagnostic and StatisticalManual of Mental Disorders,Fifth Edition,DSM-5)非特异性分类中的“其它特定焦虑障碍”。
Overview: Earthquakes are more common natural disasters in many parts of the world, but the impact of earthquakes on mental health is still limited. People experiencing earthquakes often suffer heavy losses and risk their mental disorders. However, the prevalence of mental disorders due to small-scale, non-destructive seismology remains unknown. This article reports on a 10-year-old girl attending a psychiatric clinic who has had an anxiety symptom that has had a serious impact on her function for 2 weeks. The incentive is due to an earthquake in a remote area with only a non-destructive feeling, The media is over-reporting. Her condition did not qualify for any particular anxiety-related disorder, so the most appropriate diagnosis was the “Other” in the nonspecific classification of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5) Specific anxiety disorder. " After a benzodiazepine and a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor treatment, the patient’s symptoms disappeared after 4 weeks.
