本文以小鼠红细胞超氧化物歧化酶（Ｓｕｐｅｒｏｘｉｄｅｄｉｓｍｕｔａｓｅ，ＳＯＤ）和血清过氧化脂质（Ｌｉｐｉｄｐｅｒｏｘｉｄｅｓ，ＬＰＯ）作为抗衰老生化指标，探讨了还阳口服液对延缓衰老的作用。结果表明，还阳口服液能提高红细胞ＳＯＤ活性，在不同剂量给药组中，中、高剂量组与对照组比较差异均有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０５，＜０．０１）；同时发现，该口服液还能明显降低小鼠血清ＬＰＯ的含量，在不同剂量给药组中，中、高剂量组与对照组比较差异均有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０５，＜０．０１）。故认为还阳口服液具有抗衰老的作用，其作用可能与该口服液抑制体内自由基反应有关。
In this paper, the mouse erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (SOD) and serum lipid peroxidation (Lipidperoxides, LPO) as anti-aging biochemical indicators to explore the effect of the addition of Yang oral liquid on anti-aging. The results showed that Huiyang oral liquid could increase the activity of SOD in erythrocytes. There was significant difference between the middle and high dose groups and the control group (P <0.05, <0.01) It was found that the oral liquid can also significantly reduce the serum LPO levels in different dose groups, medium and high dose groups compared with the control group were significantly different (P <0.05, <0.01 ). Therefore, it is believed that Yangyang Oral Liquid has the anti-aging effect, and its effect may be related to the oral liquid inhibiting the free radical reaction in the body.
