研究了水体污染物亚甲基蓝在β-环糊精包结茜素红修饰碳糊电极(ARS/β-CD/CPE)上的电化学行为,并对亚甲基蓝发生氧化还原反应的机理进行了探讨,建立了茜素红和β-环糊精作为修饰剂时,碳糊电极对水体污染物亚甲基蓝的电化学测定方法。ARS/β-CD/CPE在pH6.0的磷酸盐(PBS)缓冲溶液中对亚甲基蓝的氧化还原具有明显的电催化作用,同时计算了部分电化学参数:电荷转移系数α=0.72,吸附量Г=4.99×10~(-7)mol/cm~2。在优化条件下,亚甲基蓝的氧化峰电流与浓度在2.0×10~(-5)~6.0×10~(-4)mol/L范围内表现出良好的线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为2.0×10~(-6)mol/L。
The electrochemical behavior of water pollutant methylene blue on β-cyclodextrin inclusion alizarin red modified carbon paste electrode (ARS / β-CD / CPE) was studied. The mechanism of redox reaction of methylene blue was also discussed. ARS / β-CD / CPE has obvious electrocatalytic activity for the redox of methylene blue in pH6.0 phosphate buffer solution. Some electrochemical parameters were also calculated: charge transfer coefficient α = 0.72, adsorption amount Г = 4.99 × 10 ~ (-7) mol / cm ~ 2. Under optimized conditions, the oxidation peak current of methylene blue showed a good linear relationship with the concentration of 2.0 × 10 -5 to 6.0 × 10 -4 mol / L, the detection limit (3S / N) 2.0 × 10 ~ (-6) mol / L.
