苏联自由雄鹰冶金工厂型铸车间试用铁水旋转法脱硫。铁水脱硫在容量为1吨的浇包内进行,浇包内衬耐火粘土层厚度≤40毫米。铁水成分为(%):C3.5~3.95;Si1.54~2.73;Mu0.44~0.89;S0.092~0.146;p0.21~0.52。浇包放置在工作台下面的装置上以便搅拌(见图),在铁水液面上撒上细粉试剂,放下金属耐火材料的双桨叶搅拌器,搅拌5~7分钟,然后扒渣浇注。桨叶直径φ350毫米(浇包直径φ700毫米),桨叶转动速度为150转/分,使金属液强烈搅拌。在这种情况下,试剂与铁水充分混合,达到迅速而充分的脱硫。试剂采用石灰、碳化钙及其与苏打的混合料,材料破碎成0.45~2.5毫米的碎块,加入量为铁水重量的1%。开始处理前,浇包中铁水温度为1230
