水井涌砂不止,是我队在江汉平原第四系成井施工中遇到的主要质量事故之一。自1980年二台钻机在该地区施工成井百余口,前期有些井由于涌砂严重,导致孔口塌陷而报废;还有的井需用补管的办法重新修复才能继续使用,大大影响了经济效益,造成打井工作被动。几年来,通过反复实践摸索,分析了造成涌砂的多方面原因,弄清了机井处在细粒含水层的基本特征,制定了从不同防治角度入手的综合性成井施工试行规范和措施,坚持严格执行,很有成效,近三年基本未发生涌砂事故。
There are more than sand wells, which is one of the major quality accidents encountered by our team in the construction of the fourth-generation well in Jianghan Plain. Since 1980, two drilling rigs have built more than 100 wells in the area. Some wells in the early period have suffered serious sand intrusion, resulting in the collapse of the hole and discarded. Other wells need to be repaired by means of pipe replacement before they can continue to be used, greatly affecting the economy. Benefits make the drilling work passive. Over the past few years, through repeated practice and exploration, we have analyzed the causes of the influx of sand, identified the basic characteristics of the wells in the fine-grained aquifer, and formulated comprehensive trials for piloting and constructing wells from different perspectives. Strictly enforced and very effective, there has been no gushing accident in the past three years.
